For the majority of our properties we provide our own Leases, which avoids the need for a solicitor which can often be costly and sometimes complicated.

We pride ourselves on our personal service and are always keen to accompany clients on property viewings and are often able to arrange a viewing the same day.

We manage all of our sites ourselves to enable us to give the best possible service. We provide cleaning and site maintenance in the communal areas on a regular basis. We also make regular site visits to ensure that they are of the standard expected.
